What I Ate for Christmas 2014
Merry Christmas and happy new year everyone.If you are reading this post close to the video uploading date (31/12/2014), then it may not be completely finished since I am trying to reference recipes to the original owners. Also I wanted to get this video up sooner than later.
I have linked the recipes that we were inspired from. We put our own twist on a lot of the dishes.
Breakfast
Homemade bread
I played around with a few different bread recipes but I left the dough to rise overnight which resulted in SUPER fluffy bread... yum!
Orange Cake (gluten dairy free)

We used the upside down pineapple cake concept but used the flourless orange cake recipe instead.

Steamed beans with mustard dressing (Coles)

-3 tbs olive oil
-juice of 1 lemon
-3 tsp wholegrain mustard
-1 garlic clove crushed
Lentil Salad with chorizo and zucchini (Woolworths)

-1 packet lentils
-2 cloves garlic
-1 chilli
-Cumin, paprika
-2 tbs red onion
